First Community Credit Union (FCCU) is North Dakota's largest Credit Union with 14 branches across the state. The financial institution employs approximately 125 people and has offices in Bismarck, Fargo, Hankinson, Jamestown, Milnor, Napoleon, Oakes, Steele, Valley City, Wahpeton, and Wishek. During its 70-year history, the company has grown to include a field of membership that covers approximately a third of the state.
As a credit union, FCCU is owned by its members. This is different than other financial institutions which are owned by a select group of stockholders.
